What is Inquiry-Based Learning?

Inquiry-based learning is a complex learning mindset.  It typically works in a cycle that involves making observations, forming questions, investigating the answers, communicating findings, and reflecting on the learning process.  Often times, those investigations lead to more questions, and the cycle continues.
