Carlie Brewster

My name is Carlie Brewster and I have taught kindergarten for the past ten years. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from USC Upstate in 2015 and my Master’s in Literacy from The American College of Education in 2021. I have been teaching at Ebenezer for 5 years now and love being an Ebenezer Avenue Eagle.

When not in the classroom, I love spending time with my family. My husband, Alex, and I have two girls, McKenna (6) and Maddie (3). They will both be attending Ebenezer this year in the Montessori program. We love to travel and value making memories together. I also love sitting on my front porch with a good book, especially if it’s raining outside.

In our classroom, we learn through hands-on activities, play, creativity, and exploration. My goal is to create a safe, caring, and joyful environment where every child feels loved, encouraged, and confident to try new things. I believe every student has unique talents, and I strive to help each one grow academically, socially, and emotionally while fostering a lifelong love of learning.

I value strong partnerships with families and believe that working together helps children thrive. I look forward to celebrating milestones, sharing exciting classroom experiences, and making this a fun, successful, and memorable year for your child.
