Sammy Maglaris

Hi! I’m one of the Lower Elementary teacher on the Montessori side, a wife, proud mom of four amazing kids, and have been teaching for seven years. Teaching has always been more than a career to me—it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and help them discover their unique strengths. I am passionate about creating a classroom where every student feels safe, supported, and encouraged to take risks, grow, and become confident learners.
I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of a successful classroom, so I strive to build meaningful connections with both my students and their families. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where kindness, independence, curiosity, and a love of learning are celebrated every day.
Outside of school, my family is my greatest joy. Whether we’re spending time together at home, making memories on family adventures, or simply enjoying the everyday moments, they keep me grounded and inspire me to be the best teacher and person I can be. I am grateful to do what I love each day and look forward to helping my students learn, grow, and succeed.
